Before you enter any personal details we will transfer you to our secure server and you will see the gold padlock appear in your web-browser status bar. This makes sure that any details you enter are encrypted before they are transmitted across the Internet. This makes it safe for you to enter these details and prevents any unauthorised person gaining access to this information.

We will only ask you to enter your payment card information after you have put the items you require into your shopping basket and the shipping costs have been calculated for you. When you are ready to complete the transaction, your payment card information will be encrypted to keep it secure.

We can process payments from MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Electron cards. For additional security and your peace of mind, card payment transactions are processed via the Protx Secure System and LloydsTSB Cardnet. We do not see your card details, these are encrypted and transmitted securely by the Protx system.

Privacy
In general, you can visit this website without telling us who you are or giving any information about yourself. The only time we collect information from you is when you place an order with us so that we can process your order and contact you about that order. In this instance, we ask for your name, address, e-mail address and other appropriate information we need. When you place an order through this website, your payment card information is handled by PayPal. This information is never stored on our web site.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

Use of personal information
If you choose to give us personal information, such as your name, address and e-mail address, we may use this information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as mailings, announcing new products or making promotional offers. We do not rent, sell or give customer-identifying information to other companies but we may use other companies to make offers for us.

When you order goods through this website, the order form will ask you to provide a phone number. We will only use this phone number to ask you questions about an order or to let you know for example, that the payment is incorrect or there is an additional shipping charge. We will not call you to try and sell you other products.

When you place an order we will also ask for your e-mail address, so we can send e-mails to you confirming your orders.
