Delivery
Orders placed before 15.30 (Mon - Fri) for items in stock will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. If your order is placed after 15.30 it is likely to be processed the next working day, but please telephone us if you need an urgent delivery as we may well be able to help.
We hold large quantities of bikes and accessories here on our premises, although during periods of heavy demand it is inevitable that some items will run out while we await new deliveries from the manufacturer. An item listed as 'In Stock' is available right now from our own stock for immediate dispatch. It is our policy to advise you in advance if an item is not in stock for immediate delivery. These items are listed as 'Availability 2-3 Days' which means that the item is awaiting delivery to us from the manufacturer. If you would like to order a product awaiting delivery, we will process your order online as normal and contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date when new stock arrives here.
Where possible, we will continue to process orders received during the afternoon until UPS arrive here for collection. In some rare instances, we may need to arrange for your order to be sent direct from the UK distributor who will use their own next day delivery service.
We ship the bikes and heavier items by UPS because they are a world class courier who guarantee next day delivery for most of the mainland UK and have a very effective online tracking service. Shipping for one LikeaBike costs £6.00. Regrettably, we cannot ship to N.Ireland or the Channel Islands.
Smaller items and accessories are usually sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and postal charges are calculated at the checkout according to approximate total weight. Typical postal costs for a saddle cover would be £1.50. Please allow a few days for delivery of items sent by Royal Mail.
All deliveries will require a signature. If no-one is in to accept delivery, both UPS and Royal Mail leave a card with details of how to contact them for collection at their Depot / Sorting Office. Alternatively, you might like to arrange to have your LikeaBike delivered to your place of work. If you have a willing neighbour who can take delivery of your LikeaBike in the event that you are unexpectedly not at home, please indicate this with your order.
